This study was aimed to investigate molecular characterization of microbial isolates likes bacteria, fungi using culture dependent approach and analyse the phylogenetic relationship between the isolates. The identification of bacteria and fungi was confirmed by DNA sequencing by PCR amplification using 16S rRNA and Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) genes, respectively. The DNA sequences of bacterial and fungal isolates were identified using Nucleotide Basic Alignment Search Tools (nBLAST) against the data available in GenBank. On the basis of retrieved DNA sequences from database phylogenetic trees were constructed and phylogenetic relationship among the bacterial and fungal isolates were computed.Abstract
