Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued for purchases made directly through The Scientific Temper web application. To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 90 days of the purchase date.
Withdrawl of articles after acceptance
If an author wishes to withdraw his/her article two-days after acceptance notice issued from the website, he/she will allowed only after submitting a ARTICLE WITHDRAWL CHARGES (applicable APC X 1.5). However, NO AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED IF ARTICLE WITHDRAWL IS REQUESTED WITHIN TWO DAYS AFTER SUBMISSION.
Refund Process

Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason, including but not limited to instances where the service has been fully rendered or where the request for a refund is deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
