A heterocyclic moiety has great biological and medicinal significance. The various pharmacological activities discussed here proves biological importance of pyrimidine moietyAmong the diverse biological activities of pyrimidine derivatives are antiviral, anticancer, antifungal, antimalarial, sedative, hypnotic, anticonvulsant, anthelmintic, and ntithyroid properties. The present research aims to focus on account of important chemical moiety, various derivatives of pyrimidine and its as antimicrobial agents. In the current studies we synthesize pyrimidines derivatives derivatives and in vitro antimicrobial activities which can facilitate the development of more potent and effective antimicrobial agents.Abstract
